Walter Riley speaks out at OPD rally

Walter Riley is a Labor and Criminal Lawyer with a long history of community activism, including organizing rent strikes and peace marches, and agitating for welfare rights. He is the Chair fo the Board of Directors of the Vanguard Public Foundation and Chair of the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts.
